All products sold by Kaizen Chemicals are research-grade peptides and reagents intended strictly for in vitro laboratory and research purposes. Due to the nature of these products, all sales are final: we do not accept returns.

We maintain quality control standards to ensure every order leaves our facility accurately and in excellent condition. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and accept that refunds are not available for change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal dissatisfaction. The one exception is a fulfilment error on our side, covered in the next section.

Missing, Incorrect, or Damaged Items

If your order arrives with a missing item, an incorrect product, or visible damage, please contact us immediately at contact@vectislabs.tech. Our customer support team will review your case promptly and work to make it right. We are committed to ensuring every customer receives exactly what they ordered in sound condition.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted by email to contact@vectislabs.tech before your order has been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel or modify it. If you have any uncertainty about your order, please reach out as soon as possible, because we process orders quickly and cannot guarantee cancellations will be accommodated after processing begins.
