On purpose. An entry joins the line only after it survives internal review, and it stays only while it keeps earning its place. When an entry is retired, we say so publicly rather than quietly delisting it. A short line we can stand behind beats a long one we cannot.

Every catalog entry carries a specification record: compound name, CAS number, molecular formula, molecular weight, the purity specification the entry is held to, and storage conditions. Each shipped batch carries an identifier that traces back to the run it came from.

It is rejected, not discounted and not released. The specification on an entry is the line the house holds, and an entry is re-run rather than sold short of it. We do not publish per-batch paperwork here and we do not claim an outside lab stands behind the line: the record states the specification, and the rejection rule is how it is kept.

Lyophilized compounds should be stored at -20 °C, protected from light and moisture, with containers kept sealed to prevent moisture absorption. Temperature swings should be minimized. Each entry's storage conditions are stated on its record and label.

All orders ship in protective insulated packaging. Standard expedited shipping is available for domestic US orders with tracking provided at time of shipment. Orders are processed within one to two business days. International shipping is available to select countries; customers are responsible for import compliance and applicable duties.

All sales are final: we do not accept returns, and we do not refund for change of mind, incorrect selection, or dissatisfaction. Products are research-grade materials intended strictly for in vitro laboratory and research purposes. Fulfilment errors are the one exception. If an order arrives missing, incorrect, or damaged, contact support promptly and we will make it right.
